Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support in our Partial Hospital Programs, inpatient, and clinic settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise nursing care of patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform other nursing interventions as needed.
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with a current RN license in Minnesota.
- At least one year of experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
