New Grad Registered Nurse, Med/Surg, Float Pool

Med-Surg Nursing Float Pool
Duke Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg Nursing Float Pool team. As a member of this team, you will provide patient care and support to a variety of patients on our Medical Surgical units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, plan of care, interventions, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in rounds and contribute to patient care planning.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse OR current compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina required.
- BLS Certification required.
