Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers to join our team. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be hauling 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers, with 60% drop-and-hook and 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load. You will be driving within the Midwest and South, and will have the opportunity to take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and Bonus Potential

As a dedicated team truck driver, you will receive mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. You will also receive weekly performance pay, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers. Additionally, you will receive paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year, and an annual bonus: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must be a formed team and live within 100 miles of each other. You must also have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience.
