Job Overview

A commitment to learning advanced electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design principles, as well as new software applications, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and enhance company standards for all design-related tasks.
  • Support design efforts to ensure project delivery excellence, including drafting, drawing creation, and modifications of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing documentation.
  • Complete all revisions promptly to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and assist with field survey activities as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of company drafting standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Possess 2-5 years of experience with Revit.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Be skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have experience in generating MEP and fire protection schematics.
  • Set up backgrounds for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and Plumbing systems based on architectural plans.
  • Effectively transfer red-line markups to Revit and schedules using Excel.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Organize and plot drawing sets efficiently.
  • Possess strong communication abilities.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Ability to navigate and execute redlines in Revit.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
