We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining establishment.

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
• Focus on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind.
• Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically able to lift and move heavy equipment, and have excellent communication skills.
