We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Technician to join our team at RR&R.

The ideal candidate will have experience with water extraction, removal of damaged materials, content manipulation, and emergency board-up services.

This is a full-time position with on-call availability required, offering competitive hourly pay rates based on experience and knowledge.

Possible compensation range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing fast response to emergency water and/or fire damage claims, drying out properties, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.

You will work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and document all communication.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, high school or equivalent education, and IICRC certification.
