As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed
- Build relationships with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and the bank
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
