Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Transport goods and materials across regional routes, following established routes and schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery times, weights, and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • At least 6 months of over-the-road experience.
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period.
  • Ability to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
