About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician II to join our team at Aggreko, a leading provider of temporary power solutions. As a Diesel Technician II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our power generation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and electrical distribution equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs at our service center and on customer locations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to set up and operate equipment at our service center and on customer sites.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 4-7 years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
  • Based on customer requirements, may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card.
