Job Title: Per Diem Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) while working flexible 12-hour shifts.

Job Summary:

The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
