Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Speech Therapy Services
    • Provide individualized speech therapy to students with diverse communication needs
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet students' goals
  • Collaborate with School Staff and Parents
    • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
    • Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to support students' success
  • Monitor Student Progress and Adjust Treatment Plans
    • Regularly assess students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • Use data-driven decision making to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided, including progress notes and treatment plans
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC from ASHA or Eligibility for CFY
  • State Licensure or Eligibility
  • Experience Working in a School Setting (Preferred)
