Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our team at Ethan Alexander Group, Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative analog and mixed-signal circuits for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and simulate transistor-level circuits to meet performance and efficiency requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement circuit solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of device-level operations and physics to drive design decisions
  • Perform system and block level circuit simulation and modeling to optimize circuit performance
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot complex integrated circuit problems in the laboratory
  • Interface with test, product, and applications engineering teams to ensure successful product development
  • Oversee and support physical layout and collaborate with product definers
  • Support production datasheets and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
  • BSEE degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience in analog design
  • Strong background in analog design with experience in various DC/DC power conversion topologies
  • Deep understanding of device physics and mixed-signal design, simulation, and modeling
  • Motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with general lab equipment and industry-standard tools
