RCFE Director

Director of Residential Care Facility Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Residential Care Facility to lead our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCFE management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of the facility, including staffing, scheduling, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote the facility's services.
• Maintain relationships with third-party providers, such as home health and hospice services.
• Manage financial budgets for projects and departments, and work with the Bookkeeper to create financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including State and Federal laws governing residential care facilities.
• Perform physical tasks related to resident care and facility management, including standing for extended periods and lifting.

Requirements:

• Must have and maintain RCFE Administrator Certification required per DSS guidelines.
• Requires two years of experience working in an RCFE.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing residential care facilities.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
