Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment

Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Perform Preventive Maintenance

Conduct regular maintenance on all plant equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Building Maintenance and Repairs

Perform repairs and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and forklifts.

Quality and Safety

Ensure compliance with all food safety policies and OSHA regulations, and report any quality or safety issues to management.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A 2-year degree in electronics or maintenance mechanics, or 3+ years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role.

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of CMMS, lockout/tagout programs, and boiler operations.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and intermediate computer skills.
