Truck Captain

As a Truck Captain with College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 110% satisfaction with every interaction.

• Operate the junk truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct daily truck inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks to maximize revenue.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of the company and training new hires on day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of jobs and exceptional customer experiences.
