About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to shape a new business line focused on value-based care innovation. As a Senior Medical Director, you will report to the Chief Medical Officer and oversee the outpatient care and quality initiatives for primary care. You will also facilitate office flow, address day-to-day clinical aspects, and act as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies that align with VBC goals, including quality, cost efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals within the organization.
- Serve as the clinical voice in leadership meetings, contributing to organizational decision-making and strategic planning.
- Graduate from an accredited Medical College with a Medical Degree in Family Practice or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics.
- Successful completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine and must be board certified or eligible.
- Minimum of 10 years of practice in outpatient primary care, specifically within Value-Based Care.

- Outpatient Only, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (No Hospital Admitting or Rounding).
