We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our fine dining restaurant team in The Woodlands, Texas.

Job Summary:

The Fine Dining Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for leading multiple departments and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve operational excellence. This role requires a minimum of ten years of experience in hospitality and five years in a leadership position within the high-end restaurant industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork among team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set departmental goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and supply chain logistics to optimize profitability
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and community partners to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in hospitality, with at least five years in a leadership position within the high-end restaurant industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the guest experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
