Job DescriptionHotel Room Attendants are the faces of our hotel. They are responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas • Ensure all rooms are ready for guests in a timely manner • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues • Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous housekeeping experience • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the hotel • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
