The Senior Care Team Leader is tasked with delivering compassionate and individualized support for residents within our community.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare or elder care preferred
  • CNA or MA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or training
  • CPR/First Aid certification is highly preferred
  • Capability to follow directives effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage, and take full responsibility for your team's performance
  • Punctual & Responsible Attendance: Adhering to work schedules, being prepared to begin work on time, remaining on duty for the entire shift, and limited use of leave
  • 1440 Care for residents: Understanding and leading our 1440 care standards to ensure that each resident and their families have their needs addressed
  • Effective communication with families: Delivering messages tactfully and promptly to residents' families and ensuring comprehension
  • Report resident changes immediately; providing timely and detailed updates to your Wellness Leader regarding any alterations in a resident's needs or care

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver 1440 care
  • Provide empathetic and skilled care for residents through various services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies
  • Input data into Yardi/CareStream
  • Available to work weekends and/or on-call as required by the Wellness Coordinator
  • Strive for continuous improvement within the organization
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary

General Working Conditions

This role requires prolonged periods of standing. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the workplace is moderate. Occasional travel may be necessary.
