Job Title: RBT/Behavior Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Behavior Therapist to join our team at Instructional ABA Consultants. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinic, home, or school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement goals and teaching plans created by the Behavior Analyst
  • Collect data related to the goals and behavior plans
  • File data and clinical documentation electronically within 24 hours
  • Attend mandatory trainings conducted by Instructional ABA Consultants
  • Communicate proactively with the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and policies, including HIPAA laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Exposure to psychology, human development, or behavior analysis preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates working toward a bachelor's or master's level program preferred
  • First Aid/CPR training preferred

Work Status:

This is a part-time position with 100% travel between clients' homes and required meetings. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Locations:

Castle Rock, Aurora, Parker, and surrounding suburbs

Reporting:

Reports to the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager

Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour
