Crescent Services is seeking a seasoned and polished Restaurant Supervisor to help maintain the level of excellence our members and their guests expect. The restaurant supervisor's main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through their ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Satisfaction: Actively support the Quality Improvement Process to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Assist in identifying and implementing a successful marketing plan for assigned outlets, and assume responsibility of daily operation of all assigned outlets.
- Financial Performance: Assist in working toward positive financial results, and ensure that scheduling functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Staff Development: Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff, and train, maintain and enforce all Crescent Services and Crescent Hotels & Resorts service standards.
- Revenue Control: Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift, and handle daily associate relations (e.g., scheduling, time adjustments).
- Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests, and report work-related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college valued.
- Experience: Minimum of two years food service or related hospitality experience.
- Certifications: Food Handler's Certificate, TABC Certificate, and OSHA Hazard Communication Standard training and certification.
- Physical and Mental Requirements: Must have the physical strength, stamina and agility to perform the assigned duties, and be able to interact with co-workers and have a sense of TEAM.
