Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives and ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items, determining root causes and opportunities for improvement, and providing coaching and feedback to staff.
- Support all aspects of sales and customer service to ensure world-class service and operational excellence, including processing rental quotations, reservations, and contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring that staff is trained and compliant with the Rental Flow Process; drive profitability by monitoring and controlling costs.
- Motivate, coach, and train personnel to promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability, and communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the branch.
- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
- Supervision and leadership experience (2+ years) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
- Strong motivational and leadership skills.
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
