Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at the YMCA of the Fox Cities. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching swim techniques, strokes, and water safety to participants of various ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swim lessons to participants of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of participants
  • Assess participant progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Provide water safety education and promote a safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous teaching or swim experience preferred
  • Lifeguard/CPR Pro and First Aid certification preferred
  • Prior swimming experience is necessary
