About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral services to children with autism and their families in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify individualized goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based behavior support plans to promote positive behavior change.
  • Train and support behavior therapists on the implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs.
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Complete documentation of services in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure they meet competency standards.
  • Remain current with research and evidence-based practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • One year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
