Gates Hudson is seeking a highly skilled Property Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, possessing detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performing essential functions related to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.
Job SummaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill customer/resident requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring resident satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve resident concerns and address any issues promptly, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
- Prevent solicitors from entering the community by ensuring all visitors have been properly greeted and registered, adhering to Company policy.
- Process marketing and resident account information in Yardi/Residential Portal, staying up-to-date with the latest software and systems.
- Know emergency key procedures, including key issuance policy and control, to ensure seamless access and security.
- Monitor cameras for security purposes, identifying potential threats and taking necessary action.
- Manage key issuance policy and ensure all keys are accounted for, preventing unauthorized access.
- Answer phones using Company telephone greeting standards, providing a warm and welcoming tone.
- Administer packages and distribute mail to residents according to Company policy, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Provide Concierge services for residents, including dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and more, showcasing your exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
- Offer prospective residents information regarding the community, highlighting its unique features and amenities.
- Write work orders and ensure they are given to the appropriate staff member, maintaining accurate records and following up as needed.
- Follow-up on resident service requests, verifying completion and addressing any outstanding issues.
- Conduct courtesy calls to residents regarding cabs, packages, and deliveries, demonstrating your commitment to their satisfaction.
- Be aware of Company goals for resident satisfaction and retention, aligning your actions and decisions with these objectives.
- Handle all emergency situations according to the guidelines established in the Emergency Procedures manual, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, managing multiple responsibilities and demands.
- Outgoing personality with excellent face-to-face interaction skills, able to engage with residents and colleagues alike.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision, taking initiative and making sound decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Basic computer experience on Microsoft Office Products and Internet Navigation, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
