You will help guide clients through the application process, offer support in understanding available housing options, and provide critical information to ensure clients make informed decisions about their housing needs.

- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service and support to clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Assist clients in understanding and accessing available housing programs, including affordable housing options, rental assistance, and homeownership resources.
- Help clients complete applications for housing programs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Offer guidance on eligibility requirements for housing assistance and explain program details to clients clearly.
- Maintain client records, ensuring all personal and program information is kept confidential and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and services.
- Provide education on budgeting, financial literacy, and other resources to support housing stability.
- Stay informed about local housing policies, programs, and available community resources to better serve clients.
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, housing assistance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex housing programs to diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs, rental assistance, and government housing services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software.
$22 per hour
