**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Title Processor and Closer to join our team at the Real Estate Law Office in Plantation, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in title processing and closing, with proficiency in Double Time, Old Republic National Title, and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities include:

  • New client intake and ordering title from Old Republic
  • Payoffs, surveys, estoppel letters, lien searches, and preparing closing disclosures and HUD-1
  • Communicating with all parties and providing excellent customer service

Bilingual and Notary skills are a plus.

Salary and bonuses will be discussed during the interview.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm.
