Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and implementing therapy plans, and providing therapy and tracking progress.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans to address these disorders.
- Therapy and Intervention: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, and track progress towards treatment goals.
- Client Education: Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques to support language development.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of practice.
- Certification: ASHA certification preferred.
