Position Overview: The Facilities Operations Supervisor will oversee custodial functions and manage, mentor, and guide the custodial team. This role reports to and assists the Senior Custodial Manager or Facility Director in meeting operational goals and client satisfaction.
COMPENSATION: The salary for this role ranges from $52,240 to $81,984, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market data, and other pertinent considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.
Employment Status: Upon hiring, the employee will be considered at-will, and Aramark retains the right to adjust base salary and any other discretionary payments or compensation programs at any time and for any reason, including individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate custodial and housekeeping operations effectively.
- Maintain open communication and respond to requests from department managers, directors, and other client partners.
- Conduct facility tours and inspections to ensure adherence to quality management standards in custodial and housekeeping operations.
- Review job orders and specifications to comprehend the materials and labor needed for projects, coordinating custodial staff activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with Aramark's and clients' operational standards, business conduct policies, and all applicable regulations. Maintain all necessary records and reports as mandated by regulations and codes.
- Understand departmental expenses related to supplies and labor to manage budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations is required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding the primary language, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of custodial machinery is essential.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, computer, and leadership abilities are necessary.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics and perform basic math functions.
- Capability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor towards clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Adaptability to meet customer needs is crucial.
- This role may involve physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
