Job SummaryThis full-time, on-site position is responsible for interacting with internal and external contacts via phone and email to promote products, quote prices, process orders, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be part of a small, dedicated team that supports sales goals and delivers top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell technical products to internal and external customers
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Associate's degree or equivalent business experience in marketing or business
- Customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment
- Excellent oral communication skills and solid business writing skills
- Ability to promote and sell technical products (training provided)
- Solid math skills and proficiency with calculations
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and productivity
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office software
- Availability to work a standard 40-hour schedule from 8 am to 5 pm
