Key Responsibilities- Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment and verify billing information.
- Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.
- Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, provide directions and information about property amenities and services.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve any issues from the previous day.
- Run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports.
- Accept and record wake-up call requests, deliver to the appropriate department.
- Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift, process all payment types and adjustments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
