Role ResponsibilitiesThe Patient Services Coordinator will engage in various customer service activities within a medical office environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer interactions effectively, demonstrating composure under pressure and maintaining accuracy in a dynamic setting.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse patient needs and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Executing all assigned duties while adhering to the policies and regulations set forth by relevant licensing boards and the Benefis Health System.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with health insurance processes and patient billing is advantageous.
