About the Role:
Avalon Village and Betz Nursing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will implement skilled physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and evaluate patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develop initial and ongoing care.
- Implement skilled physical therapy services with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians to provide high-quality patient care.
