We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Specialist to join our team at Men's Health Foundation. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless registration, scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff the front desk, checkout, and call center to handle patient interactions and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Welcome patients, guide them through the registration process, and scan/upload essential documents into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Verify and update patient demographics at every visit, manage payments, and monitor patient flow from registration to treatment.
  • Answer high volumes of patient calls, accurately enter new patient information, and verify insurance eligibility.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Strong attention to detail, timeliness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with EMR applications is a plus.
