Key Responsibilities:

Leverage data analysis and market insights to identify revenue growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the operations team to design and execute effective pricing strategiesDevelop and deliver actionable revenue reports to senior managementTrain and support site teams in revenue management best practicesMaintain strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this pivotal role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Real Estate, etc.) and have at least 5 years of revenue management experience, preferably within the student housing or real estate sectors.
