We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant/Engineer - Electric Mobility to join our team at P3 USA, Inc. As a key member of our EV Charging & Energy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading consulting, engineering, and testing projects for clients in the electric mobility ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in the development or testing of new hardware, including electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
  • Conduct test drives and charging tests with electric vehicles to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide software implementation support for new features and functions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless communication between various components and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities in the electric mobility landscape.
  • Develop and implement business models and strategies to drive growth and innovation in the electric mobility sector.
  • Manage the rollout of charging infrastructure, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
  • Analyze data and implement operational excellence initiatives to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline, preferably electrical.
  • 2+ years of work experience in the electric mobility ecosystem, preferably with a Chargepoint operator or Charging Hardware manufacturer.
  • Strong knowledge of electric mobility technologies, software, and protocols, including OCPP, PKI, ISO 15118, DIN, and OCPI.
  • Good understanding of US Energy markets and applicable standards/codes, such as NEC, Metering law, and Building Code.
  • Project management skills to lead client projects and drive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
