Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at CoreLife. As a key member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, you will work closely with patients to create personalized nutrition plans and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' nutritional histories and develop comprehensive care plans to address their unique needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Design and implement nutrition education programs to empower patients with the knowledge and skills they need to manage their health
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Foods and Nutrition from an accredited institution
  • Eligibility to take the Registered Dietitian examination with the Commission on Dietetics Registration
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian in the state
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
