About the Role">

This exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Manager is part of our efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our gyms. You will be responsible for leading our front desk operations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and providing top-notch service to our members.

As a key member of our management team, you will be expected to:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including cash handling, membership sales, and guest services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Serve as a liaison between the front desk and corporate customer care department to resolve any issues or concerns raised by members.
  • Work closely with the general manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
