Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Product Designer to join our team as our first significant design hire. As a Senior Web Product Designer, you'll work directly with our Head of Product and Creative Director to conceive, prototype, test, and finalize online product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own our online customer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine online product experiences.
  • Participate in and contribute to Product development discussions, providing design expertise and guidance.
  • Fine-tune final wireframes from preliminary wireframes provided by Product Managers.
  • Create rapid prototypes for proof-of-concept and client presentations.
  • Develop and maintain visual and interactive Pattern Libraries.
  • Self-direct and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of web product design experience, with a strong online portfolio.
  • Demonstrable mastery of UI design, with a good grasp of UX/IA design.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge and proficiency in responsive web-focused product design.
  • Strong design workflow tool skills, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Zeplin.
  • Prototyping skills, with experience using Marvelapp or InVision.
  • Experience working with design leadership, product managers, and engineers.
