Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Wedgewood Square Dental. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and exams
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and habits
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies
- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
- CPR Certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
