Finance Co-op Program Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Co-op to join our team at Kenvue. As a Finance Co-op, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and develop valuable skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Support capital budgeting and financial consolidation processes
  • Conduct sales reporting and analysis, and account reconciliation
  • Develop innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the co-op position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills
