Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to possess basic math skills and the ability to document resident information accurately. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Administering medications according to physician orders
  • Documenting resident information and updates in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
