Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Warming Station Team Member to join our team. As a Warming Station Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct service to guests at the warming station, including intake processing, material goods distribution, and referrals to area services and programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and provide regular updates to supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to warming station policies and procedures.
  • Set up and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests, including cots, bedding, beverages, food, and entertainment supplies.
  • Clean and disinfect equipment and facilities after each use.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
Work Environment

This is a temporary/seasonal position with on-call mandatory shifts, including evenings and overnight shifts. The Warming Station Team Member will work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential services to individuals in need.
