Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will work directly with children and their families to teach essential skills, promote communication, and foster a more joyous life. This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to make a full-time impact on a child's life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in their natural environments, including their homes and communities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with the child's family and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of treatment sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Active RBT Certification
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
  • Minimum 3 weekdays with consistent availability for at least 6 months
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23-26 per hour, with drive-time pay between sessions. We believe in fair and competitive compensation, and we provide benefits outside of your hourly rate to give you the support and energy you need to bring your best self to your role.
