Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (approximately $19.23 - $24.00 per hour)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Convenient Care Home Health Inc. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in their homes or day-time residences.

About the Role:

  • Provide assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with household chores, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Encourage individuals to participate in meaningful activities and hobbies.
  • Support individuals in maintaining their independence and autonomy.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of client care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and provide physical support as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly populations is preferred.
