Position Overview:

The Advanced Practice Provider will work autonomously and collaboratively with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients across various age groups, from infants to seniors, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.


Educational Requirements:

For Nurse Practitioners (NP):
Master's degree in Nursing is required.

For Physician Assistants (PA):
Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related discipline is required.


Experience:

Relevant clinical experience is mandatory.


Licensure and Certification:

For Nurse Practitioners (NP):
Must hold a current Registered Nurse license and Nurse Practitioner license in the respective state. Certification in CPR and national certification in the relevant specialty are required. Successful completion of the credentialing process is necessary prior to practice.

For Physician Assistants (PA):
Must possess a current Physician Assistant license in the respective state. Certification in CPR and national certification are required. Successful completion of the credentialing process is necessary prior to practice.
