Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse is accountable for conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, and delivering exceptional nursing services to a designated group of patients during their assigned shifts.
This role includes guiding and overseeing the activities of LVN/LPNs, nursing aides, unit clerks, and other healthcare support staff. The nurse may also take on the responsibilities of charge nurse as needed. The position involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including older adolescents, young adults, adults, seniors, and pediatric patients.Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Valid RN License in the state of employment or compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Work Schedule:
Full-Time, Night Shift (7PM-7AM)
