Job Title: Emergency Department Operations Manager

Madera Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to oversee emergency department operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

The estimated salary for this role is $55-$70 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The location of this position is Madera Community Hospital in Central California.

About the Role

This clinical expert will be responsible for implementing and supervising patient care, direct supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel performing nursing services within the assigned units, and coordination of care and treatment plans in collaboration with the Director and multidisciplinary teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with advanced clinical skills and knowledge to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful contribution to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Coordinate care and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Director and multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Serve as a clinical specialist in emergency department operations and supervise all personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN).
  • Minimum five years recent emergency department nursing experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
  • National certification in medical surgical nursing or critical care experience preferred.
  • Current State of California Registered Nurse Licensure and Current AHA approved BLS and ACLS certification required.
