Job Description: CDL B Driver

We are seeking experienced and dedicated CDL B drivers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to designated facilities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Operate a commercial vehicle to transport waste materials according to established routes and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding waste transportation and handling.
  • Properly document and maintain records of waste shipments, including manifests and other required paperwork.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in the waste management industry.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols related to hazardous materials transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
