Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Active license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
- Board certification in family medicine or a related specialty.
- Independent practice provider experience, where applicable per state regulation.
- Federal DEA number, preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification, required.
